Overview

Mark a finalized bill as paid. This records that payment has been made to the vendor and updates the bill's status accordingly.

Example: After sending payment to a vendor for their invoice, mark the associated bill as paid to update your accounts payable records.

Conditional Requirements

Bill is in draft status	Must be finalized first
Bill is already paid	Cannot be marked as paid again
