Overview

Queue a CSV export of bill records. The export is processed asynchronously — an email is sent to the authenticated publisher when the file is ready.

Behavior

  • Returns 422 if there are no bills matching the filters
  • Optional date_from and date_to params filter by date range
  • Optional metadata param includes metadata columns in the CSV
