Overview
Cancel pending refunds that are in "to_issue" status. Pass a comma-separated string of refund IDs, or 'all' to cancel all eligible pending refunds. Cancellation is processed asynchronously via a background job.
Example: Cancel a batch of pending refunds that were created in error before they are processed by the payment gateway.
