Overview

Mark a finalized bill as paid. Only open (finalized) bills can be marked as paid — draft and already-paid bills return 400.

Side effects

• Bill status changes from Open to Paid
• paid_at timestamp is set
• paid becomes true
• A bill.paid event is fired
