🟢 Platform: Bundle Tops Report Now Tracks Delivery Changes Between Runs

We've restructured the Bundle Tops report to surface what changed since the previous fulfillment run, rather than reprinting the full list each time.

✅ What's New:

• The report now compares each fulfillment against its previous run and reports the delta per carrier
• Surfaces, for each route, the starts (new deliveries), stops (canceled deliveries), and paused deliveries (suspended shipments) since the last run

🎯 Impact:

Circulation teams see exactly which deliveries were added, dropped, or paused between runs, so carriers can adjust their routes without manually reconciling two full lists.

🟢 Platform: Monthly Accounting Report Interface Refresh

We've modernized the Monthly Accounting Report to match the rest of the dashboard.

✅ What's Improved:

• The report now renders in the current dashboard interface, removing the jarring transition from the surrounding pages
• The row-label column stays sticky across horizontal scroll, so a transaction can be traced across all seven ledger accounts
• Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and summary rows (Opening Balance, Total, Closing Balance, Net Agency) render intact
• All export controls — per-row downloads, AR/DR totals-column exports, total export, and header exports — return the same files as before

🎯 Impact:

Month-end reconciliation now happens in a single, consistent interface, with ledger detail that stays readable at any scroll position.

🟢 Platform: Phone Number Added to Data Exports

We've added the phone number field across the platform's core export surfaces to support downstream communication workflows.

✅ What's New:

• Phone Number is now included by default in exports for subscriptions, lists, fulfillments, segments, and automations
• Available in the standard Ecommerce / Orders export

🎯 Impact:

Teams can drive SMS notifications, mailing lists, and marketing automation straight from exported data, eliminating manual phone-number lookups.

🟢 Platform: Gift Donors No Longer Receive Cancellation Emails

We've corrected email behavior for gift subscriptions so donors are no longer alerted as if their own purchase was reversed.

✅ What's Improved:

• Gift subscription donors no longer receive a subscription.canceled email when the donor subscription is set to cancel at period end
• Cancellation notifications continue to behave normally for all standard (non-gift) subscriptions

🎯 Impact:

Donors are no longer confused into thinking their gift purchase was canceled, reducing support inquiries tied to gifting.

🟢 Platform: Recipient Details Now Shown on Gift Donor Subscriptions

We've fixed a display gap so the gift donor subscription now surfaces who the gift was for.

✅ What's Improved:

• The donor subscription view now displays the recipient's name and email
• Complements the existing recipient-side view, which already shows the donor's email

🎯 Impact:

Admins can trace both sides of a gift relationship directly from either subscription, without cross-referencing records.
