# Dialog Insight

Integrate Pelcro with Dialogue Insight to control and send automated emails based on live events occurring on Pelcro.

# About

Dialog Insight is a customer data platform that allows you to leverage the full power of your customer data for memorable brand experiences and a return on your investment. You can run email, SMS, web, and mobile marketing campaigns in a centralized SaaS platform.

# Configuration

Navigate to the integration page and click on Dialog Insight and fill all the required fields in the configuration form shown below.

## API Keys

You will be required to enter your API keys in the configuration form.

## Main Setup

* Project ID: The project ID in the Dialog Insight account.
* Scenario Project ID: The project ID that contains all of your scenarios.
* Subscription table ID: The subscription table ID that we will sync the data into
* Invoice table ID: The invoice table ID that we will sync the data into

## Scenarios

* Customer created scenario ID: The scenario that will get triggered when a customer is created.
* Customer reset password scenario ID: The scenario that will get triggered when a customer requests a password reset.
* Subscription created scenario ID: The scenario that will get triggered when a subscription is created.
* Invoice created scenario ID: The scenario that will get triggered when an invoice is created.
