# Delete vendor payout detail

Soft-delete a vendor's payout detail.

## Overview

Soft-delete a vendor's payout detail. The record is not permanently removed and can be recovered.

**Example:** Remove a vendor's bank account details when they switch payment methods.

## Important Behaviors

* **Soft delete**: The record is soft-deleted, not permanently removed from the database.
* **Audit logged**: The deletion is recorded in the audit log.
* **Webhook**: Triggers the `vendor_payout_detail.deleted` webhook event.
